Design Process

Design Process

Discovery:

My discovery process to redesign Rep Health’s website included:

  • Holding extensive meetings with stakeholders to understand business objectives, user goals, and success metrics.

  • Analyzing current website performance using Google Analytics to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

  • Performing competitor analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark features.

  • Synthesizing research findings to define key design objectives such as improving navigation, boosting engagement, and enhancing visual appeal.

Design

Since we had already decided on the brand colors, I started translating the wireframes into high-fidelity prototypes while considering all the feedback I gathered in the ideation phase. We went back and forth with the animations, content organization, and visual elements until we were all satisfied with the results.

Developer Handoff:

I conducted design handoff sessions with the engineering team to walk through the designs and functionality. I created detailed design documentation, including specifications for animations, icons, and transitions. Then, I worked closely with the developers to address technical constraints and ensure design feasibility.

Launch & Test:

I performed a final review with cross-functional teams before we launched the new website to ensure everything aligned with our objectives.

I constantly use Google Analytics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Ideation:

For the website redesign, I worked closely with our CMO to make sure all the design decisions aligned with the brand identity. I designed primary wireframes in Figma to share with our CMO and stakeholders and presented my ideas to get their initial feedback.
